As Vice President of Asset Services, Jeni Schrimsher is in charge of operating Alexandria's nearly 1.8 million square feet of lab space in San Diego as the dominant labspace landlord in the region.

Schrimsher has established a highly capable local management team to develop and support the necessary infrastructure and relationships for the continued growth of San Diego's life science community. Within the context of Alexandria's proprietary incubator models, Schrimsher's team provides emerging life science companies not only a physical labspace but also the service and operations support to jump-start their scientific and business operations in the shortest time practicable. This asset management team operates with a heavy emphasis on tenant relations and extraordinary service and responsiveness that makes the Alexandria mantra - The Landlord of Choice to the Life Sciences Industry® - a reality in San Diego and beyond.

Schrimsher also advises senior management on global asset operations. She began her commercial real estate career with Maguire Properties in Los Angeles. She graduated with honors from Missouri State University and holds the professional designation of Real Property Administrator from BOMI International.
