Our Board of Directors

Faye Russell's practice involves a variety of emerging growth and technology companies, ranging from start-ups to publicly held companies. She has advised companies in the life science, Internet, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, and retail industries. Russell's expertise is in general corporate governance issues, advising boards of directors and management on conflict, governance and other general corporate issues. In addition, she frequently advises companies on issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and public and private equity and debt financings, including IPO and follow-on public and private offerings. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
