Nancy is Southwest Zone Life Science Practice Leader and a member of the National Life Sciences Practice. She has led the San Diego Life Sciences Practice since 1990.

Nancy is responsible for coordinating client team activities and information dissemination. This includes the strategic planning and implementation of insurance and risk management programs.

Nancy joined Marsh in 1984. She provides property and casualty insurance broking, consulting and risk management services to biotech, medical device and pharmaceutical companies and their subsidiaries worldwide. She has also been responsible for employee technical training and quality control.

Nancy has extensive experience working with life sciences companies. She has helped them identify and manage risks from the development phase through product lunch. She has also provided strategic advice through the company life cycle including events such as an IPO, merger or acquisition and bankruptcy.

Nancy began her insurance career in 1970 with the Northeastern Workers Compensation Bureau followed by several years with Travelers Insurance Company. She began her brokerage career in 1975.
